1. Do the lighters come with lighter fluid?
No — due to shipping regulations, all lighters are shipped without fuel. You will need to fill them with standard lighter fluid upon arrival.
2. Can I get a custom design or engraving?
Currently, we offer our set collection of Jewish and Israeli-inspired designs. Custom requests may be considered for bulk orders — contact us at support@orlighters.com for details.
3. Are the designs printed, engraved, or applied in another way?
Our designs are professionally engraved or printed using high-quality, durable methods to ensure long-lasting detail and resistance to wear.
4. Will the design fade or scratch over time?
With normal use and proper care, the designs will remain vibrant and clear for years. Like any metal surface, they can scratch if handled roughly.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
- USA: 3–7 business days after processing.
- International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
8. How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is missing?
Contact us at support@orlighters.com within 7 days of delivery for damaged items (include photos). For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
