We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Orlighters.

Returns

• You may return unused lighters in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
• Returns must be initiated by emailing orlighters@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or fueled lighters cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
