Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
• Custom or engraved lighters may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing)
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country. Orlighters is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at orlighters@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
  

Shipping Restrictions

Due to fuel restrictions, lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. Customers will need to fill them out upon arrival.
